World Mental Health Day: a community conversation on work

Volunteers, an employer and a clinician sat on one panel to talk honestly about burnout, and what a manager can actually do about it. The afternoon closed with a peer circle taster, and several attendees went on to join our monthly online circle.

The strongest moment came from the floor: a young professional describing the first time a colleague simply asked "are you okay, really?" and waited for the answer.
