Programmes
What we run, and who it's for.
Everything is free at the point of use and delivered by trained volunteers, many with lived experience of their own.

01
Peer Support Circles
Small facilitated groups of six to ten people meeting regularly to talk about what they're living with: anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, or simply a hard season. Circles are confidential, there is no diagnosis required, and you can listen for as long as you need before you speak.
-
02
Schools & Campus Programme
Age-appropriate sessions on stress, anxiety, low mood, self-harm and where to get help, delivered to students, and separately to teachers and counsellors, so that a young person's first disclosure is met with understanding rather than punishment.
-
03
Workplace Wellbeing
Practical training for managers and teams: recognising burnout, having a supportive conversation, and building a culture where asking for help doesn't cost someone their reputation. Sessions are tailored to your organisation's size and sector.

04
Faith & Community Leaders
In Nigeria, a struggling person is far more likely to speak to a pastor, imam or elder than to a psychologist. We work with leaders to recognise mental distress, respond with compassion, and know when and how to refer, alongside, not instead of, their spiritual care.
-
05
Awareness Campaigns
Every October, and throughout the year, we run public campaigns that put real Nigerian stories in front of people, challenge stigma, and point the way to help. Online, on campuses, and in communities.

06
Signposting & Referral
When someone needs more than peer support, we help them find it: affordable therapists, psychiatric services, and helplines, and we stay alongside them through the process so that the first appointment isn't the last.
“No diagnosis needed. No fee. No judgement. Just a room where you can say the true thing.”
